The firm MOTILAL DULICHAND was established as a FAMILY BUSINESS in 1950 and was engaged in trading. In 1964 the Company went into the manufacturing Cotton/Synthetic narrow fabrics, and by 1980’s developed a wide array of products.

Growth continued and 1989 MOTILAL DULICHAND convered into a Private Limited Company.

Development was the core focus of the Company, which lead to modernisation of the organisation,including the import of latest hi-tech machinery for the manufacture of quality goods.Establishing its lead to meet the growing demand,expansion continued,in that two associate concerns were floted -SPARK FIBRES in the year 1970 and FIBER LINKS in the year 1984 as partnership firms, having similar product rang with the addition of dyeing and treatmnent of yarns and narrow woven fabrics.

in the year 2002, a 100% Export Oriended Unit was set up as for manufacture and export of similar products with the goal of having a greater international exposure.
